Legally finds dates and notice periods inside a document and can remind you before each one, so a renewal or deadline does not pass unnoticed.
Dates found automatically
Renewal dates, termination windows, notice periods, payment due dates and expiry dates are extracted during analysis. A lease that renews automatically unless cancelled sixty days in advance produces a reminder sixty days before, not on the renewal date itself.
Setting your own
You can add reminders manually and adjust how far in advance you are notified. Reminders stay attached to the document they came from, so opening a reminder takes you back to the clause that created it.
Why it matters
Most costly contract problems are missed deadlines rather than misunderstood terms. An auto-renewal that passes unnoticed can bind you for another full term with no recourse.
