Legally provides AI-powered legal document analysis, risk scoring, demand letter generation, and AI legal chat services through a mobile application. Our services are designed to help users understand legal documents and are available across 16 jurisdictions in 13 languages. The service is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute legal advice.
User Obligations
As a user of Legally, you agree to provide accurate account information, use the service only for lawful purposes, not attempt to reverse-engineer or compromise our AI systems, not share your account credentials with others, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Intellectual Property
The Legally application, including its AI models, algorithms, design, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any documents you upload for analysis. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents for the purpose of providing our analysis services. We do not claim ownership of your content.
Limitations of Liability
Legally provides AI-generated analysis for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of any analysis, risk score, or generated document. Our services are not a substitute for professional legal advice. We shall not be liable for any decisions made based on our AI analysis. Use of demand letters and legal documents generated by our service is at your own risk.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, or non-payment of subscription fees. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless prohibited by local law. You agree to resolve any disputes individually and not as part of a class action.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should discontinue use of the service.
